Cece Winans Welcomes her first Grandson – See Adorable Photo

Gospel icon, Cece Winans is a grandma! Her daughter Ashley Rose and hubby, Kenny Phillips, have welcomed their first child.

The Multiple Grammy Award-winning singer turned to Instagram on Saturday (Dec. 26) to share the great news along with a beautiful photo of the adorable baby boy.

“I’m In Love ?…Wyatt Thomas Phillips. Born today! The best Christmas gift ever!” captions Cece Winans on the first photo shared on Instagram.

Ashley Rose and her hubby, Kenny Phillips, tied the knot in September 2017 with a lovely white wedding in Nashville. In July 2020, Ashley officially announced she was pregnant via a humorous Instagram post showing off her baby bump with a photo of herself wearing a “Pardon my bump” black T-shirt.

In other news, CeCe Winans who has long since cemented her status as one of the most accomplished and celebrated women in modern music history is set is host the virtual Evening of Thanksgiving with Compassion International on Feb. 21, 2021. With some surprise special guests penciled to help bring some joy and encouragement to those in need of it, the event was originally slated to hold in November but was postponed due to the pandemic.
