Limoblaze Drops Solid Ground EP with Powerful Collaborations

Afro gospel trailblazer Limoblaze has officially released his highly anticipated EP Solid Ground, now available across all digital streaming platforms.

The project arrives with excitement and confidence, as the artist himself shared on Instagram, “How do I humbly say I just put out a 🔥 tape??? Solid Ground out now! I had so much fun making this one.” That sense of joy and creative freedom is felt all through the project.

Born Samuel Onwubiko, Limoblaze continues to stay true to the sound that has made him stand out globally. He blends Afrobeat rhythms, hip hop energy, and gospel centered messages in a way that feels natural and refreshing. With Solid Ground, he leans even deeper into his roots while still pushing his sound forward, creating music that speaks to both faith and everyday life.

The eight track EP is rich with collaborations, bringing together voices from across the global gospel and Christian hip hop space. The project opens strongly with “GOD DID IT,” featuring Andy Mineo and DC3, setting the tone with bold declarations of faith and testimony. It carries the same conviction often heard in lyrics that echo the reality of God’s hand in every victory, reminding listeners that no success stands alone.

On “JOY,” Limoblaze teams up with Elle Limebear to deliver a lighter but deeply meaningful sound that celebrates the kind of joy that goes beyond circumstances. The message reflects a steady inner confidence that comes from knowing God, a joy that remains even when situations are not perfect.

The energy picks up again on “TINBAKE,” where Nigerian gospel voice Greatman Takit joins in. Their chemistry brings a vibrant and rhythmic feel, combining catchy delivery with faith filled lines that point everything back to God. It is a reminder that success and growth are not just personal achievements but testimonies of grace.

The title track “SOLID GROUND” features Princeton South and IB Quake, and it stands as one of the defining moments of the EP. The message centers on stability and confidence in God, a theme that runs throughout the project. It reflects the idea of standing firm, unshaken by life’s pressures because the foundation is secure.

Another standout collaboration comes on “WAY,” where Jackie Hill Perry joins Princeton South. The song carries depth and clarity, speaking about direction, purpose, and trusting God’s leading even when the path is not fully visible.

The EP closes with “SUPER POWER” and “PRAY,” bringing the journey to a reflective and spiritually grounded end. These final tracks emphasize dependence on God, reminding listeners that true strength does not come from within alone but from a consistent connection to God through prayer and faith.

As the first Nigerian artist signed to Reach Records, Limoblaze continues to break boundaries and expand the reach of Afro gospel on a global scale. His earlier success with songs like “Jireh (My Provider)” alongside Lecrae captivated many to his sound, and Solid Ground builds on that foundation with even more depth and intention.

Throughout the EP, there is a clear message that runs from start to finish. It is the assurance that no matter the journey, no matter the challenges, there is a place of stability in God. That truth feels echoed in the spirit of the music itself, a quiet but confident reminder that when your life is built on Him, you are standing on solid ground.

With this release, Limoblaze not only delivers great music but also reinforces his mission to share faith through sound in a way that connects across cultures and generations.
