Melvin Crispell III Wins BET’s ‘Sunday Best’ Season 9!
Melvin Crispell, III has been crowed winner of the BET ‘Sunday Best‘ competition – Season 9!
The North Carolina native will receive a recording contract with RCA Inspiration, a cash prize of $50,000 and the title “Sunday Best,” as he joins the elite list of Sunday Bests including; Geoffrey Golden (season 7), Le’Andria Johnson (season 3), Tasha Page-Lockhart (season 6), Others.

In partnership with BET, Crispell’s debut single, “Not The End of Your Story” is now available via RCA Inspiration at all major digital outlets.
The finale episode of the just-concluded singing competition featured special star performances from Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Vashawn Mitchell, and also from judges Jonathan McReynolds, Kelly Price and Erica Campbell.
