Mercy Chinwo Unveils Intimate New Album — “In His Will”

Celebrated Nigerian gospel powerhouse and anointed music minister Mercy Chinwo has officially released her deeply personal new album titled In His Will. Coming on the heels of her record-breaking run in 2024 where she topped the year-end gospel charts and most recently won Best Gospel Artist at The Headies 2025, Chinwo delivers a project that is both intimate and inspiring, reflecting her journey through trials, triumphs, divine purpose, and motherhood.

Speaking about the heart behind the project, Chinwo describes In His Will as “intimate, testimony driven, and feel good.” Across ten tracks, she shares the moments of trust, surrender, and hope that have defined her walk with God. The lead single “Onyeoma (Good God)”, released on August 15, sets the tone with its joyful anthem of gratitude for God’s faithfulness. The song is accompanied by a vibrant music video that highlights Chinwo’s signature praise energy and her ability to draw listeners into celebratory worship.

The album includes a rich variety of songs that explore different facets of faith and intimacy with God. Standout moments include:

• “None Like You” featuring Ghanaian worship leader MOGmusic, a powerful cross-border collaboration.
