Trinah Releases Her Solo Debut Album, “Icata”
Zambian gospel songstress Trinah Chisanga has released her anticipated debut album, Icata, exclusively available now to stream on Zambia’s fav digital music store, Mvesesani.
The amazing new body of work boasts 8 powerful tracks including the well-received 2018 anthem “Glorious” marking Trinah’s solo debut in the music scene. “Icata” features guest appearances from James Sakala & Mirriam Chitalu on “Sondeni” and Heavens Call on the track “Muceni“.
Trinah is a singer-songwriter, recording artist, and an exceptional vocalist. Having started singing at a very young age, She won her first singing competition at the age of 9 in primary school which further boosted her love for music.
In 2008, Trinah emerged the 3rd runner up at the Idols South East Africa in 2008. She was the lead singer-songwriter in the gospel group Xploits 2:9 which won the Ngoma award for most promising artist of 2008.
“Icata,” is her solo debut project and it comes highly recommended.
