Benny Jay Returns with New Single “Ijo Ope”

Benny Jay is back with New Music!!

After a long hiatus, the talented Gospel music minister makes a remarkable comeback with his much-anticipated new single titled “Ïjo Ope“. This marks Benny Jay’s first new music in over 7 years following the well-received classic and funky “My Whole Life” which dropped in 2015.

According to the Nigerian-born singer and songwriter, “Ijo Ope” was inspired by the Holy Spirit during his downtime moment which turned into Joy after he offered thanks to God in singing and dancing.

Lifted off Benny’s upcoming debut EP still in the works, “Ijo Ope” is an Afro-Caribbean tune with Rnb influences that captures the singer’s heart of gratitude to God for all He’s done. It’s also a testimony of God’s love, goodness, and faithfulness.

Benny Jay is a talented vocalist with over a decade of experience in the music scene as a professional background singer and recording artist. “Ïjo Ope” is the first of more singles to be released by the music minister in the coming months before his debut EP due later this year.
