Cece Winans Welcomes New Grandchild from Daughter Ashley Rose Philips

Gospel music icon, CeCe Winans is in full swing of joy after the pleasant news of her Daughter Ashley Rose Philips successful delivery of her second child with her husband, Kenny Philips.

The couple who got married in September 2017, and welcomed their first child and son, Wyatt Thomas Phillips, in 2020, has now expanded with the arrival of their first daughter Rooney Marie Phillips.

Expressing her delight with the enriching news, Cece Winans took to Instagram to share the exciting update with her fans along with a heartwarming photo; “Welcome the newest singer to the family, Rooney Marie Phillips ?❤️” enthused the legendary singer.

Meanwhile, Ashely Phillips in an Instagram post with a picture holding her daughter revealed how Unmedicated childbirth is no joke and the maximum effort that was put in for her safe delivery.

“Back from my break to introduce to you all Rooney Marie Phillips! She joined us yesterday morning at 7:17am weighing 7lbs even,” wrote Ashley “I’m so thankful she’s here! Had a successful VBAC thanks to my amazing OB and fantastic Doula @aboundinggracebirth.

“Unmedicated childbirth is no joke but it was all worth it for this precious little nugget! We love you, Roo!!” she added.
