Maverick City Music’s Chandler Moore finally ties the knot with his heartthrob Hannah Poole Grace, in a beautiful ceremony held at The 4 Eleven wedding venue in Fort Worth, Texas.
Lots of congratulatory messages have been showered on the couple, with Chandler Moore revealing on Instagram that his wedding wouldn’t have been complete without the presence of Jesus.
“Wouldn’t be a ‘Moore’ wedding without the presence of Jesus ? , ” the singer wrote “He was soooo present. From the soundcheck all the way to the end. Thank U Jesus❤️? “
“You’ll hear a new song soon,” Chandler concluded, hinting at a new track to be released from his stables.

In an exclusive with PEOPLE, the couple said “What we experienced at our wedding was the climax of this last year of our lives. We first met June 8th 2020, and we got married a year later to the date”
“These last 12 months have been full of joy, and that’s exactly what our wedding was,” they added
