“I remember attending parties and watching people pass away in front of me. The thought is always who am I, and why don’t I deserve the same fate? But God has just continued to preserve my life and Grateful is just one of many words that encompasses a multitude of the feelings I am hit with when thinking about my Lord and Savior. My sole purpose for the song is to share my passion with the audience, and share how faithful God has been to me and my family.”
