Congratulations are in order yet again for Veteran gospel singer Kirk Franklin who bagged his latest NAACP Image Award for “Outstanding Gospel/Christian Song (Traditional or Contemporary)” for his #1 smash hit “Love Theory,” featured on his thirteenth studio album LONG LIVE LOVE.

The Image Award continues a winning streak for the platinum-selling artist, songwriter, and producer, who won two GRAMMY Awards last month for “Best Gospel Performance/Song” (Love Theory) and “Best Gospel Album” (Long Live Love).

The 51st NAACP Image Awards were held this past Saturday in Pasadena, California. The annual award ceremony presented by the U.S.-based National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), is established to acknowledge outstanding performances in film, television, music, and literature.
