AMAs 2018: Lauren Daigle Wins at American Music Awards
Grammy-nominated CCM singer/songwriter Lauren Daigle took home the award for ‘Favorite Artist – Contemporary Inspirational’ at the 2018 American Music Awards, marking her second consecutive win in this category.
MercyMe and Zach Williams were nominated alongside Lauren for this year’s AMAs, which held on Tuesday October 9, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
American Music Awards nominees are based on key fan interactions as reflected on Billboard.com, including streaming, album and digital song sales, radio airplay, social activity and touring. The American Music Awards winners are voted entirely by fans.
