Franklyn Patrick Kasim also known as Eff-Ell is an Artist/Producer/Songwriter/Performer from the stables of 64bit studio Kaduna, Born in the city of Kaduna. Been doing music for a few years now, Started with the genre of Hip Hop but growing and improving himself in other genres too.

Motivated by God and things that happen around him His first project / movement hit the airwaves 2years ago talking about Jesus Over Everything #JOE and he got identified with it. Eff-ell aka Mr #JOE also dropped #weBallin’ a south side trap song which got young men and women turning up to Gospel tunes, last year.
