MusiC :: Jlyricz – Higher
Less than three months after releasing his debut EP, The Redeemed, Jlyricz returns with Higher, the first single off his forthcoming sophomore EP; Before Dawn.
Higher is a rich beautiful tune with lush production and sweet strings which would get your feet moving. The song which is a dedication to Jlyricz’s relationship with God as he marks his birthday, sees the Never Let Me Fall singer, singing his heart out to God as he pledges to serve Him for the rest of his life. In his words, “this is a love song to the Love of my life”. The song is produced by Oz D’Beatz with band mate Solotone on the guitar.
The singer-songwriter, author and poet who is currently working on a number of projects has promised to release Before Dawn EP along with a surprise project by July. He continues to work on his sophomore book; I Have These Crazy Thoughts and an Alternative/Soul/Jazz EP; Chasing Dreams, a collaboration with his band, Q.
His debut album; The Dawn Of His Glory is scheduled to be released by December.
