Todd Dulaney: ‘Be Prepared To Protect Yours’
Following the controversial death of George Floyd, an African-American man, which occurred in Minneapolis on May 25, 2020, as a result of a Caucasian Minneapolis police officer, kneeling on his neck, many people including notable celebrities in the society have come out to share their strong opinions on the handling of blacks in the United States of America.
Taking to a video post on Instagram few days ago, Grammy-nominated gospel artist Todd Dulaney boldly voiced out his opinion. “Y’all may not like it… but I don’t care. BE PREPARED TO PROTECT YOURS” – He captions
“..This is what I feel right now, and this is after prayer,” says Todd, “I feel like as a man that is the head of his house, I believe every man should arm and be prepared to protect himself and his family. And especially a black man, because black lives are been taken just because of the color of their skin”
“And so at this point, yeah continue to pray, seek the face of God, absolutely. But there are rights that are afforded to all of us, protect yourself, be ready to protect your family” He Adds
